Straight answers, before the first call
How we work, what we cover, and what you can expect from an engagement.
What does DDAI stand for?+
Disciplined People, Digital Tech, and AI Consulting — the three pillars behind how we staff, build, and advise.
How is DDAI Tech different from a traditional consultancy?+
We combine certified engineers with AI accelerators. Scripting, correlation, and analysis that used to take weeks are compressed into hours, with a person still accountable for the result.
Do you work with the tools we already run?+
Yes. Engagements plug into LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, k6, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and the CI/CD and cloud platforms already in your estate.
What are the seven pillars of the practice?+
Performance testing and engineering, DevOps and SecOps, cloud migration and optimization, intelligent monitoring and observability, AI-driven automation, site reliability engineering, and chaos engineering.
Which performance tools do you use?+
LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, k6, Gatling, BlazeMeter, and Locust, alongside APM platforms such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Datadog.
What business outcomes do you measure?+
Faster releases, lower infrastructure cost, higher uptime, and shorter mean time to detect and resolve. Technical proof sits underneath those numbers: response time, throughput, error rate, and SLA compliance.
Can you test SAP and Oracle landscapes?+
Yes. SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and PI/PO, and Oracle E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud, and PeopleSoft — including protocol and UI paths, with diagnostics such as ST03N and AWR where they apply.
What is site reliability engineering, in your practice?+
SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, plus incident response, toil reduction, and reliability automation so the service stays inside the promise you made to the business.
What is chaos engineering, and is it safe?+
Controlled failure experiments — latency, node loss, dependency faults — run inside a defined blast radius with rollback guardrails. The point is to find weak points before customers do.
How do we start?+
A short conversation is enough. We respond within one business day with an honest view of where the work should start.
